Warranty Policy

LieyuDive provides a warranty for defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of purchase. In the event of a defect, LieyuDive will repair or replace the defective product free of charge, or refund the amount paid. Products that have been repaired or replaced are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.

However, this warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from normal use.
• Failure to properly maintain or store the product.
• Alterations, repairs, or modifications not performed or authorized by LieyuDive.
• Use of the product in a manner other than its intended purpose.
• Damage caused by unsafe use, chemical exposure, or contact with foreign substances.

 

This Limited Warranty does not apply if LieyuDive determines that the product has been damaged due to accident, misuse, neglect, natural disasters (acts of God), fire, or other hazards.

If the product develops issues beyond the warranty period, you are welcome to contact us. Please provide details of the problem, along with relevant photos or videos. Our engineers will do their best to assist you in resolving the issue.
